Shipping Policy

Orders are typically shipped within the same day to 2 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.

 

Domestic Orders

Ground Shipping takes from 2-7 business days

We also offer Next Day & 2-Day Shipping (excluding weekends)

Please note that transit times are calculated by the carrier and are estimates and subject to change or delay based on the carrier’s actual processing times. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

 

Insufficient Address / Unclaimed Package Policy:

Please ensure to complete your address, including your first and last name, along with all necessary details in your order. In cases where an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or inaccurate address or name by the customer, or if the package is returned to us because it was unclaimed through customs, the original shipping is non-refundable. If you would like us to re-ship the package, you have the option to purchase shipping for resending the package.

 

Lost Packages Policy

Please contact your nearest local post office/UPS to start a search request and reach out to us if they weren't able to locate the package. We are not responsible for lost packages beyond 7 days from the date they are marked as delivered.

 

International Orders

We Ship Worldwide!

For Standard International Shipping, we use USPS International or FedEx, depending on the destination and the order value. 

For Expedited Shipping, we use FedEx, which typically takes 1–3 business days (please note this does not include customs processing times, which can vary based on the country).

We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

 

Taxes & Duties

We do not charge taxes/duties on behalf of the destination country's authorities. When you order from us, you will not pay any tax upfront; the total tax would be $0; instead, taxes will be calculated upon arrival in your country. Total taxes are location-based and set by the country's customs.

Kindly note that your order may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) and duties imposed by the destination country's authorities. These charges can vary but typically range from 10% to 20% of the order total for duties and 20% to 30% for VAT. The exact amounts depend on the destination country's regulations and your order value. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the package. We kindly suggest familiarizing yourself with your country's import regulations before proceeding with the order. Failure to pay taxes/duties may result in delivery delays or the package being returned to us. If you decline a package due to refusal of duties payment, a refund will be issued upon the package's return to us. The original shipping cost and the return shipping are non-refundable.
