Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order to help prevent unethical returns. The 7-day window refers to the date we receive the return request. You can initiate a return by emailing us your order number!

If the return is accepted, the following policy applies:

  • A 3% restocking fee applies. The return label cost will be equivalent to the original shipping, or based on the contents if shipping was free. For orders with free shipping, the original shipping and the return label will be deducted. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and packaging. Please return responsibly and fold to prevent damage.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that are not in their original condition after it has been tried on. This includes but is not limited to items with stains, holes, noticeable scents (such as detergent or perfume), loose threads, or ironing marks. Any item that does not meet these standards will be returned to the sender's address. The customer will be responsible for purchasing the shipping label.
  • Kindly inform us before returning; unapproved returns will be sent back.

  • For orders placed through Facebook & Instagram, we’re unfortunately unable to provide a return label — but you can send the item back to our return address.

  • Please allow 1-7 business days for inspection and processing of your return after it has been delivered.

 

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. You can return an item using your own trackable shipping method, or we can provide you with a return label (US orders only) that will be deducted from the refund.

 

Exchange Policy

We offer complimentary return labels for exchanges! (US only)

Here's the process:

•Items must be unworn and returned in original condition within 7 days.

•Reach out to request an exchange, and we’ll send you a complimentary return label.

•A $5.99 fee applies to ship the new item. We’ll send a link to purchase the reshipment label.

Please note that this applies to items that are not limited edition or low in stock. For pieces with limited availability, we're unfortunately unable to guarantee exchanges.

 

Cancelation Policy

Preorders cannot be canceled as they are made to order.

Kindly email us before your order is fulfilled to request cancellation. Once an order is processed, a 3% cancellation fee applies, as banks charge a 3-5% fee depending on the payment method used.
