All of Esmé’s orders are ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.
Ground shipping takes from 2-7 business days
Priority Mail takes from 1-3 business days

Insufficient Address / Unclaimed Package Policy:
Please ensure to complete your address including your first and last name along with all necessary details in your order. In cases where an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or inaccurate address or name by the customer, or if the package is returned to us because it was unclaimed through customs, please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded. If you would like us to re-ship the package, you have the option to purchase shipping for resending the package.

For international orders, once your order reaches its destination, you can track it through your country’s local post office. For instance, if you're in Canada, you can also track the package using Canada Post once it arrives in Canada to get more updates.
-USPS First Class Mail International deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive. If you need it sooner, you can opt for expedited shipping.
-Fedex Express/UPS Express takes 2-5 business days (please note the taxes and duties are sometimes higher with Fedex & UPS than USPS)
-USPS Priority Mail International takes 3-5 business days
