We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, typically within the same day or up to 2 days!
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.
Domestic Orders
Ground Shipping takes from 2-7 business days
We also offer Overnight & 2-Day Shipping (excluding weekends)
Transit times are carrier estimates and may vary. Carrier delays are outside our control.
International Orders
We Ship Worldwide!
For Standard International Shipping, we use either USPS International or DHL, depending on the destination and order value.
Standard Shipping typically takes approximately 7–19 business days.
For Expedited Shipping, we use FedEx or DHL, which typically takes 1–5 business days (customs processing times may vary by country).
For Standard Shipping:
- Transit within the U.S. may take longer due to customs clearance, but this does not indicate any issue with your shipment. Once it reaches your country, it should be delivered shortly.
Insufficient Address / Unclaimed Package Policy:
Kindly double-check your shipping details, including your full name and complete address. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, or unclaimed customs, the original shipping and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order is returned, we’d be happy to resend it! Just keep an eye out for an email with a link to repurchase the shipping. Please kindly note that for international packages, duties may still be charged by the destination country’s customs.

Please contact your nearest local post office or UPS to initiate a search request. If they're unable to locate the package, please reach out to us for further assistance.
Taxes & Duties for International Orders
