We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible—typically within the same day or up to 2 days!
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.

 

Domestic Orders

Ground Shipping takes from 2-7 business days

We also offer Next Day & 2-Day Shipping (excluding weekends)

Transit times are calculated by the carrier and are estimates and subject to change or delay based on the carrier’s actual processing times and unfortunately, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

 

International Orders

We Ship Worldwide!

For Standard International Shipping, we use either USPS International or DHL, depending on the destination and order value.

USPS typically delivers within 7–21 business days, while DHL eCommerce takes approximately 7–17 business days.

For Expedited Shipping, we use FedEx, UPS or DHL, which typically takes 1–4 business days (customs processing times may vary by country).

 

Insufficient Address / Unclaimed Package Policy:

Kindly double-check your shipping details, including full name and complete address.
Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect information, or unclaimed customs, are non-refundable for original shipping and return shipping.

If your order is returned, we’d be happy to resend it! Just keep an eye out for an email with a link to repurchase the shipping. Please kindly note that for international packages, duties may still be charged by the destination country’s customs.

 

Lost Packages Policy

Please contact your nearest local post office or UPS to initiate a search request. If they're unable to locate the package, reach out to us for further assistance.

 

Taxes & Duties for International Orders

We do not charge taxes/duties on behalf of the destination country's authorities. When you order from us, you will not pay any tax upfront; the total tax would be $0; instead, taxes will be calculated upon arrival in your country. Total taxes are location-based and set by the country's customs.

Kindly note that your order may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) and duties imposed by the destination country's authorities. These charges can vary but typically range from 10% to 20% of the order total for duties and 20% to 30% for VAT. The exact amounts depend on the destination country's regulations and the order value.

Any taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order. Refusing to pay duties may lead to delays or the package being returned. If a package is declined and returned, a refund will be issued excluding the original and return shipping costs. Duties may still be charged by the destination country’s customs.
